1. CLOTHING AND STYLE CONSULTATION

In person appointments are always a great way to meet and helps the everyone get comfortable, this can also be done via Zoom. Evan will get to know you, start to design your session, and help find the right wardrobe for your shoot. This is also the time to talk about our products, from prints to albums and heirloom styled works of art, we will create the perfect collection for you.

2. PREPARING FOR YOUR SHOOT

Arrive in a comfy travel outfit and bring your outfits on hangers and/or rolling travel bag. We want you to look and feel your best. Clothing that is squished into a bag and rolled up like a ball will come out wrinkled and will photograph poorly. For the girls professional makeup application is recommended.

3. PHOTO SHOOT

Your photo shoot will be approx. 1.5 hours and we will shoot in studio, your home or office. We never compromise your photo day, if something is not working we will reschedule to another day that works for you.

4. YOUR ORDERING APPOINTMENT

Your ordering appointment will last between 60 to 90 minutes, we want to make sure you do not feel rushed. We will work with you to help create the perfect displays for your images, and the finest products for your home.

Laughter comes with anticipation and the excitement of your Family Portrait session.  Together, we will go on an adventure to create images having fun. The great thing about a Portrait Session is it’s about having fun and we will create many different looks throughout your session.

Clothing is an essential part of your B&W Portraits that will help in creating a certain mood or look that we are going for. That being said, for this type of Portrait, a little goes a long way.

lastly, these portraits can be done either in the studio or on location. A lot of time, Evan will travel to the client and set up his studio in the home. Evan fines going to your home can be easier for you and more comfortable.

Photography is more than a medium for factual communication of ideas.   It is a creative art.
