What is a “Tween”? A tween is generally from 10 to 13 years of age. That being said, Evan will never turn away children who would love to be photographed.
Evan will take you to a location that fits your personality and create portraits to fully capture your child or children and preserve the memories for years to come..
Getting ready for a portrait session can be a little stressful. Figuring out what to dress them in, what locations you desire and types of images. Evan will collaborate with you to give all the answers you need.

When people ask Evan when is the best time to take a portrait of my kid, he always says now! Have you seen how fast your kids grow?
Children’s portraits can be so much fun. Evan will usually try to get a more posed formal portrait and then more candid photographs. Every child is different and he will work around each child’s personality differently.
Evans never really grabbed on to the concept of “mini sessions”. Evan feels if you have gone through all the trouble of hair, make-up, and color coordinating outfits, not to mention a time getting ready and to your destination, then it’s also worth not rushing through a portrait session on a 20 minute time clock! Evan feels it’s taking a lot of time and energy to get everything arranged, so why not enjoy the session?
